Have you ever had a hard day at the office and on your way home all you can think about is taking a hot bath, eating some dinner, reading a book, and relaxing?  But when you open the door it looks like a hurricane has come through your living room and ripped up everything. The kids are hungry, your spouse wants to talk about their day, you have work you need to get done for the office, and you feel like running away. Don’t feel guilty because this is totally normal and there are things you can do to bring your blood pressure down, stay calm, and be in the right frame of mind to complete all of your tasks and have a good relaxing night.
