You have some honest ideas here. I done a research on the issue and discovered most peoples will agree with your blog. After that early period, the Beatles evolved considerably over the years.

  2. April 30th, 2011 at 21:51 | #2

I admit, I have not been on this webpage in a long time… however it was another joy to see It is such an important topic and ignored by so many, even professionals. I thank you to help making people more aware of possible issues.Great stuff as usual.

  3. April 13th, 2011 at 05:13 | #3

What I want to know is why I should care? I mean, not to say that what youve got to say isnt important, but I mean, its so generic. Everyones talking about this man. Give us something more, something that we can get behind so we can feel as passionately about it as you do.

  4. April 4th, 2011 at 12:15 | #4

Thanks for taking the time to talk about this, I feel fervently about this and I take pleasure in learning about this topic. Please, as you gain information, please update this blog with more information. I have found it very useful.

  5. April 3rd, 2011 at 20:26 | #5

I feel like you could probably teach a class on how to make a great blog. This is fantastic! I have to say, what really got me was your design. You certainly know how to make your blog more than just a rant about an issue. Youve made it possible for people to connect. Good for you, because not that many people know what theyre doing.

  6. April 1st, 2011 at 09:35 | #6

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.

The only place you’ll find success before work is in the dictionary

  8. March 26th, 2011 at 12:09 | #8

Good luck getting people behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here? What do you want us to think? It seems like you cant really get behind a unique thought. Anyway, thats just my opinion.

  9. March 25th, 2011 at 17:33 | #9

There are certainly a couple more details to take into consideration, but thank you for sharing this information.

  10. March 5th, 2011 at 00:37 | #10

    Hi Brian,

That’s a great list of self help books that you have compiled. I have read some of the books and learnt a great deal from them. I feel that reading the books is not enough, we should study and apply them as well.

I have read most of these books and have learned a great deal from them. I would add Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self (Wiley 2002) by Dr. Rosalene Glickman. Optimal Thinking is the language of our best self and the mental foundation for peak performance. The book and the
optimalthinking.com website are excellent. By the way, Dr Glickman is ranked number 20 in the world by http://www.gurudaq.com for personal development experts.

I cannot see Anthony Robbins with his AWAKEN THE GIANT WITHIN? What about ONE MINUTE MILLIONAIRE? What about THE POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUSNESS and FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY?

In my opinion, the list is not complete and does not take into account all the most prominent self-help authors.

  19. October 25th, 2010 at 23:54 | #19

Its amazing how involved I thought I was in personal development, yet I have only read like 3 of the 25 titles listed here!!!

    I would definitely have to include some additional books such as;
    *A New Earth: Eckhart Tolle
*The Astonishing Power of Emotions: Teachings of Abraham
    *The Alchemist: Paulo Coelho
*The One Minute Millionaire: Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G Allen

These are all books which have profoundly changed my thinking, improved my self esteem and given me the beliefs and tools to live an extraordinary life =)

Here is to developing your own personal development library =)

    “Think and Grow Rich”

Great book! I was feeling a bit low and realized I needed to stop delaying the pursuit of a job that I love, instead of staying with one I simply enjoyed. The result, Im Rich! Well, not yet, but I’m hoping I’ll get there soon!

Now that I’ve done it I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner! As a side project I decided to create this blog: http://internalcompass.brcent.com/about/ to help other people “snap out of it” and start doing what makes them happy.

Check it out when you get a chance and let me know your thoughts!

    Best,

    Brad
