During guided meditation relaxing waves begin to move down your arms through your biceps and forearms, into your wrists and hands that have sunk down, completely relaxed and unmoving during your guided meditation time. The base of your neck will let go and become limp during guided meditation. All the tension in your jaw and mouth is gone and now it is slack. Guided meditation will cause all of your facial muscles to let go entirely and your eyes will roll wherever they wish.
