Guided Meditation ~ Meditation Guide to Improve Your Life

The first step in guided meditation is to lie down and begin to relax. Think of your feet and flex your toes for a moment and then let them droop. To achieve guided meditation we should let the lethargy move slowly up to your ankles, up your calves to your knees, into your thighs. During guided meditation your muscles are relaxing completely. Let the feeling from your guided meditation continue up through your hips. You are becoming quite limp. Allow the amazing power of guided mediation to move up through your abdomen, along each vertebra of the spine one at a time. While in guided mediation try to feel your shoulders suddenly lose all resistance and you should release them to sag against your support. During guided meditation relaxing waves begin to move down your arms through your biceps and forearms, into your wrists and hands that have sunk down, completely relaxed and unmoving during your guided meditation time. The base of your neck will let go and become limp during guided meditation. All the tension in your jaw and mouth is gone and now it is slack. Guided meditation will cause all of your facial muscles to let go entirely and your eyes will roll wherever they wish. The base of your head, your scalp, your brow, are now rested and peaceful because of guided meditation.

While into your guided meditation you should picture yourself going through the rest of your day confidently and at ease. Visualize that you are standing tall, keeping good posture, breathing deeply and getting things done while in your guided meditation state. You become relaxed and limber, but strong. During guided meditation you glide through your chosen tasks, working smoothly and efficiently. You are able to make decisions easily during meditation and act without hesitation. You are able to deal with any obstruction easily, and by adjusting quickly, you stay on track. In a state of guided meditation you are focused on your goals knowing you will be successful. You have the energy to follow through every goal to it’s best outcome. While in your guided meditation state the idea of not having success, does not occur to you.

After guided meditation you greet people with a natural, compelling smile and a direct gaze. You speak and act confidently with them. You know that they will like and respect you. Your handshake is strong. You are direct and speak as if the good things you have planned will definitely happen. You know that it will be good for them to know you.

Today you are lucky. Expect good fortune to happen from guided meditation. Guided meditation reveals confidence and confidence gives you power in every way. You may now come out of your guided meditation, and experience your wonderful day. Experience the power of growth using guided meditation and positive thinking to improve your quality of life
