1. Eat smaller meals and fruit and veggie snacks and not 3 full meals a day. This assist in keeping your body light. Putting too much food into your body makes it much harder to digest and will make it more difficult for you to loose weight fast.

2. Eat fresh and home cooked food as much as possible. Often, restaurant food is the cheapest and very processed. It may be tasty but not really nutritious.

3. Avoid foods with trans-fat. This is the worse kind of fat there is. Check product labels to make sure you avoid it.

4. Cut down sugary drinks and alcohol as these beverages are full of sugar. I’m not saying avoid these completely (even I like a little beer now and then), but keep them down.

5. Drink a lot of water. 8 glassed each day should be enough.

6. Eat foods with all the food groups: carbs, protein, and fat (yes, fat). Fat isn’t enemy as long as it’s good fat. This is one of the most important healthy nutrition tips to help you loose weight fast.

7. Eat healthy sources of fat such as nuts, olive oil, avocados, coconut oil, and fish.

8. Eat lean sources of protein such as eggs, tuna fish, turkey, chicken breast, and soy. Don’t eat too much soy unless you’re a vegetarian.

9. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Make sure to eat various kinds for maximum health benefits.

10. It is better to concentrate on your food. Don’t watch TV, read, or otherwise engage yourself while eating.
