Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced crosswise into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

In a medium bowl, toss together cucumber, vinegar and dill. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
