How The US Economy Effects Americans Mental Health

“Money is currently on the minds of millions of Americans who are fearful of the current US economy downturn.”


While eating lunch yesterday afternoon I heard two men discussing the financial state of the US economy and how they were extremely worried about the future. Then one of the men said “I’ve heard money talks” and the other replied “If so then why can’t I hear it?” I began to think about how many others may feel the same way about the us economy so I decided to take a walk on the boardwalk on the beach after my lunch. As I walked I ran into a my friend Dave and as we walked I wanted to ask him his opinion about the United States economy and find out if he felt like the current US economy show promise. He said he didn’t see any promise and this astounded me because I speak and work with others who are thriving in today’s us economy who see opportunity to and have been able to increase their personal finance and achieve success.

Why do some seem to attract money, friends, and success while others struggle just to get by? It’s pretty simple when you research the two… it’s Personal Development. Personal Development increases your motivation and gives you a feeling of inspiration and purpose and from this feeling you develop what I like to call the Millionaire Mindset. The Millionaire Mindset is the ability to see opportunity where others see obstacles and this is accomplished by changing your thinking.

Those who are currently successful in the current US economy achieve success because of their personal development of their Millionaire Mind… meaning that they believe that regardless of any economic situation there is always a way to succeed and become financially independent ethically and morally. Our responsibility is to make the decision to discover what it takes to transform our current life situation and catapult ourselves to success and achievement.

Prosperity, Happiness, and Wealth can only be accomplished using Self Improvement exercises and resources because you can get rich with greed but without personal development it will never be enough. You can also believe that material things will make you happy but with self improvement you’ll never be truly happy. You can live a prosperity filled life but without personal growth you’ll never fully appreciate the beauty. 7 Stress Management Tips While at Work

Here are some stress management tips that will help you achieve success over stress. You can experience stress relief on the job. There are certain signs of stress to be aware of while working and after you read this your family and co-workers will notice the change in your attitude because you know the stress management tips for stress relief while at work and at home.

Stress Management Tip #1. When making phone calls, as you pick up the phone and dial, take three slow deep breaths. Concentrate on pushing tension out of your lungs as you exhale.

Stress Management Tip #2. Sit down to eat. (Do not eat while standing or driving in your car) Focus on relaxing and enjoyable talk at lunchtime. If co-workers only insist on rehashing all of the negative stuff at work, insist on eating alone.

Stress Management Tip #3. When you drive your car to your business or your job, listen to something enjoyable or motivating.

Stress Management Tip #4. On the way home from your business or your job, listen to enjoyable or relaxing music.

Stress Management Tip #5. Take a few minutes each day to thank God, in whatever form is consistent with your belief system, for the glorious sunrise. At sunset, do the same. If you are at work while the sun is setting, take a quick break to watch the sun set and again, thank your concept of “God” for the glorious sunset.

Stress Management Tip #6. Take a few minutes at work to think of people who may have harmed you in any way. Breathe deeply, relax, and push out all of the tension surrounding those thoughts. Fill your hear and your lungs with forgiveness for the person or persons who have harmed you. Wish for them the same success and happiness you wish for yourself.

Stress Management Tip #7. Live today as if it where your last day. Make your last day, your best day!
